What kind of top would you wear with this skirt?

Found it in a charity shop today.
It’s a bit ott but I like it nonetheless .
Any ideas?

You could dress it up with a boatneck jersey top.
Or wear a chunky short jumper and boots for winter day time wear.

A plain close fitting navy blue top perhaps. Maybe shorter length. Cashmere?

Maybe something in the same dusty pink as the flowers on the skirt? Perhaps a chunky turtle neck for now, and then a t-shirt or blouse in the spring.

Yes I actually do have a navy cashmere Uniqlo jumper from last years sale!

I have an eggplant colored turtleneck, this might actually work with the dusty pink!
