This is such a good question. I don't even know. I have looked Mumsy for so long
I live in the country. Work from home. Lived in jeans and Boden tops for 15 years
With the occasional jersey wrap dress and boots in winter

cant we go for a sorta "icon"/moova/shaker revolution--see "pin ups" "punk?"britney?? spicegirls.....am taking frumpy back....collectively =fashion?

Go out, look at people. What catches your eye? Who inspires you? Go to a big town or city if you can. Sit in parks and galleries and cafes and people watch. Take a wee notebook.

How interested are you in trends? For example, there's one atm to wear a plaid type shacket with jeans. This would work for you wfh and in the countryside.
