Boots are my absolute favourite thing to buy and I'm thinking these will be the ones I get this year.

I love timberland Nellie pull on boots but they don't make them anymore. Anyone recommend something similar - brown, mid calf length, chunky sole, ideally fleece lined/fleece collar? I can't seem to find anything quite right.

Picked my usual size 6, it says they come up large but I thought that’s fine as I have wide feet, but they were much too big. I’ve asked to exchange for a 5 - hoping they will fit!

@HollyandIvyandAllThingsYule and @Justonedayatatime11 - pooped on again fo say that I am really truly delighted with my Boudiccas.

Super comfy, the fleece lining is fab, they are just the right size to make my chunky legs look slimmer and I feel so confident and 'grounded' in them ( hate wearing heels).

Best boots I've ever boot - also little details like the the navy elastic inserts contrasting with the black, and the slightly different shape.

@Justonedayatatime11 - well to be honest aside from my running trainers, and my post sea swim Celtics, these are really all I'm wearing now!!

chalkyc2 you can buy something similar by Oaktrak, called Belper, mens boots, but the 6 might fit (am putting sheepskin insole in mine if its too big!) or there is the junior 6 (different sole though...) called Appleby. Lots on eBay and elsewhere.

@chalkyc2 > I've got those. It depends what you mean about 'too warm'. I wouldn't wear them outside of Autumn/Winter, but they're comfortable pretty much straight off and I'm expecting to get loads of wear out of them. Mine do fit true to size, unlike some of my DrMartens which come up large, perhaps because they've got the fleecy insides.
