Basically that. Been thinking about it for a while now and wondered what others who have had it done think?

Do you regret it?
Who did you use?

Mine is awesome and it's healing up well now (four weeks post-op) but it was medical to remove a lump in one breast. I had bilateral mammoplasties on the NHS. I've always wanted smaller breasts and I'm delighted, but friends and family keep telling me it was a drastic solution. I can't help you with choosing a surgeon, but I wish you the happiest outcome.

I was completely flat - 32AA - had mentor gel 250cc sub muscular and they’ve been fantastic - now 18!years on, breastfed 2 kids and they still look great. Good luck!

I had mine done 16 years ago, they're the only part of my body that remains pert! Never once regretted it, the opposite in fact, it's weird to say they look natural, people are genuinely surprised they aren't real and that's largely because my consultant (Bupa) insisted that if I wanted an extreme look then I was to go elsewhere, he gave me a very natural looking 34d.

I’m happy with mine. I took my surgeon’s (James McDiarmid) advice and didn’t go too big so they look perfectly natural.
