Here, be honest,

Not sure if its too plain.

first

second, really bad pic of me but you can see makeup better

Please bear in mind my hair while be a whirlwind of big black curls and not just back in a pony

And check out the spots on my chin!! I never have spots, seriously NEVER and 2 weeks before I get married that happens

eyes llok lovely. I think a bit more lips needed

You look stunning but defo go darker on the lips. Trust me, I did the wedding make up for my sister, me and my BF. My sis and I had colour on our lips and the photos look fab but my BF refused and went very pale/nudey and looked like death warmed up on the pics.

Make up needs to be emphasised to come out on photos but you don't need to look like a drag queen.

Have a wonderful day x

You need a warmer, stronger, peachier lip colour. You have quite a warm tone and although frosty pink is ok for every day, I think you would look more balanced with stronger lips.

Looks great, but agree with all the previous posters who have said a little bit more on the eyes, and some definition on the eyebrows with a gentle eyebrow pencil to thicken them out.

you look BEAUTIFUL!

Camillathechicken · 05/12/2007 13:26

you look gorgeous.

use a damp brush to apply soft brown shadow under the eyes, to about half way, and blend, no harsh lines.. and will be a softer look than pencil. you could apply a light colour all over the lid, and a soft brown in the crease of the lid for more emphasis and a touch of highlighter under your brows.

lovely photos- eye make up is perfect, a little more colour on the lips maybe.

Saw your post earlier and didnt have much to add to other posts - then this afternoon I was having my hair done and picked up Jan copy of Vogue. Eva Green (the actress from Casino Royale) is on the cover and looks stunning, made me think of you with her colouring and make up, would be perfect for a wedding.

Have a look, here. It would look great on you, not a million miles from what you have done but finer black eyeliner and deeper pink lips that look stained rather than looking like lipstick if you know what I mean.

Thats lovely lou, dunno if i could pull it off though!

Ill give it a go on a practice run!

thanks

Definitely darker lips, especially if you are wearing a pale colour. Otherwise you can look a bit washed out, especially in the photos.

I would go for a deeper pink, and a little more definition around the eyes.

Have a lovely day, you will look beautiful

Another thing - if you do your make-up before you have your bath, the steam will help to "set" the make-up and keep it in place!

stockingfiller · 06/12/2007 00:23

to get rid of them spots pls take off the concealor wash area and leave it they will dry up and go before your big day
makeup looked lovely would prob wear colour on your eyes drop the blusher!
you will loo stunning!

PetitFilou1 · 06/12/2007 14:13

I think go a bit rosier on the lips and you need more definition in your eyebrows (I would ask a professional re that though). But I think it is lovely natural look. If you usually wear more eyemakeup then don't try to look too different to how you normally do. I always wear a swoosh of black eyeliner and still did for my wedding day but kept my lips very natural.
