Tear trough filler - London Dr?

I want to finally look at getting tear trough filler done as my under eyes have bothered me for as long as I can remember. I have never had any other kind of procedure and quite nervous . Can anyone recommend a London based dr if they have had it done personally themselves?

I thought about it but it doesn't seem to be reliably effective.

I wish there was another way 'cos I hate my under eye dark circles too.
