I thought maybe Uniqlo might have something - I have a nice skirt in cord which would look ace in denim

i have one which flares at the bottom and has an extra bit of flare at the back - not quite a fan but...is hard to describe. Just about to lidst on ebay.

Are we talking dark denim because mine is medium.

Boden have a lovely straightish denim 'everyday skirt' which I've ordered but it was on a wait of about 9 weeks then.
Lovely with boots and a snug jumper though.
