DD1 (12) is starting to get tiny spots under her skin. Can anybody rec a face wash/cream or something that might help but is preferably natural and isn't going to strip her skin? Currently she just uses a Dove bar. Thanks.

Nobody? Perhaps I should re-post in Teenagers?

Something with tea tree oil in i think / from the body shop.

Thanks Shannara - have you tried it? I haven't been in The Body Shop for years (but still remember Dewberry bubble bath from my teenage years!) - is it as natural as it makes out?

I have to say I'm not exactly neutral on this as I work for Lush but the herbalism cleanser is good, but a bit weird.

its a green putty and it doesn't lather so it won't strip her skin. I use it when my skin plays up. if you have a Lush near you ask if they will give you a little sample, You could try the angels on bare skin too.

Ds uses dermologica but, he's a couple of years older than your dd, it's not cheap though.

janeite · 03/12/2007 22:03

OH I'd forgotten all anout Lush too. I might start by asking for a sample of Angels On bare Skin - do they still make Ultra Bland too? Or is that for dry skin? You can tell how long it is since I've been in!

Pantoinghousewife - can you get Dermologoca in the shops, or is it just available online? I tried a sample of their cleanser a while back and it was gorgeous.

I think we'd get lynched if we stopped making Ultra Bland! I'd say its better for dry skin, but still worth trying anyway, good for make up removal too.

We get ours online but, I think J Lewis or Debenhams might stock it. And maybe the larger boots.

Thanks - only just seen this. Will check out John Lewis tomorrow.
