Has anyone used the 365day quality guarantee at Boden?

I'm finding I'm increasingly disappointed by Boden quality. I used to like them for basics like tshirts because of more interesting colour choices, but recently even garments that seem good straight out of the package aren't washing well and lose their shape after only a wash or two. They look downright scruffy after less than a year.

Is this what the guarantee is about? Can I return these items or will I be told I haven't washed them right ?

Yes, cashmere jumper seam went about 6 months in. No problem, refunded and got a discount voucher as I said I normally find their cashmere good quality.

I've been through my wardrobe and many things I'm disappointed with probably are more than a year old, but there's one recently purchased tshirt that actually looks like a rag since it was washed. I shall do it.
