What kind of shoes, bag and hairdo will go with this dress?

For reference, I'm 5.7, bottle dyed blonde hair and olive skin.

For what event?

It depends if you want to contrast or be more harmonious. I would maybe go with navy sandals and clutchc but silver, white and magenta would work too. For more casual you could go with a straw bag of which there are some really nice ones at the moment.

I feel this is a hair down look, or a softly pinned half up style.
