Best workwear/office trousers to go with Dr Marten shoes?

I've bought some Dr Marten shoes as my job involves a lot of walking as well as being part office based. I have to be "office smart".

Shoes are black, I'm a size 12-14, slim legs but carry my weight around my middle.

Any suggestions please as I really struggle with style.

I don't have specific recommendations but i find everything goes with docs. The majority of people I work with wear them and they all have different dress sense

I’m your sort of shape. I wear mine (Mary Jane’s or 3 hole lace ups, or a high cut loafer thing) with peg shape cropped or turned up trousers, in a fluid material, and front pockets. Bare ankles, or sometimes discreetly patterned socks are flashed. And a boxy or slouchy jumper/shirt. Whether this is office smart though…or stylish…

MrsFriskers suggestions are good and I have seen this look in smart casual London offices.
I wear mine with a black to and shortish skirt or smartish pinafore.
