Getting creases out of a pleated skirt?

I bought a pleated polyester dress online. It arrived today and is very creased! Any suggestions for getting the creases out of the pleats? I have hung it up! The pleats will make it impossible to iron and I don't have a steamer! Thank you!

Have it dry cleaned they will give it back without creases.

Place in a very steamy bathroom or spray lightly with water and hang up

Steamy bathroom has worked when I badly packed a pleated skirt and had no way in a hotel of sorting the creases.

If it's polyester I assume you can wash it easily? Just wash.
