Can anyone recommend comfy jeans to make the transition from leggings easier 😬

Im on a budget so can't be too pricey. I've tried jeggings but they seem to stretch and lose shape . I've put weight on so I am now asize 14. I haven't worn proper denim for years as it always seems stiff and makes me feel uncomfortable but I need to have a break from leggings!

try a pair of "The Magic Jean" from M&S, so flattering, and soft and comfy, they have skinny and straight fit too.

I’ve just bought a pair of Sophia supersoft jeans from M and S and they really are soft and comfy. They’re also high waisted which I love but am aware isn’t to everyone’s taste. They’re marketed as ankle grazers, bizarrely, when they definitely aren’t - I’m 5’5 and always buy standard length and the standard on these is definitely full length.

Another M&S vote here...I wear Sienna which are the straight leg version.

So much more comfortable than skinny jeans which are out of fashion now anyway!

And at £19.50 a pair with M&S having good eco credentials there's not much to dislike!

The Sophia M&S, very comfortable, soft, a little stretchy, they look lovely, best jeans I've bought for years.
