Help! I've got the shoes and bag but can't find the outfit!

I've got the shoes and bag that I like for a wedding in two weeks, but can't find an outfit!
I did have a dress but decided I didn't like it, so just stuck with these now.
Can anyone help me find something, I seem to be going round in circles.
I'm 5'4ft and slightly pear shaped if this helps. Probably £60 budget on the dress.

It was how the ruffles sat at the front of the dress.
The bride is ok with white pattern outfits.

@RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie that's my problem, I'm not really sure, I never buy dressy dresses. Not something too frilly, and not something too long, other than that I'm open to all suggestions. I don't have a certain shop, just a budget of no more than £60 really. Thank you

@justaweeone I'm a 10 in some places and 12 in others. No particular colour as long as it matches the light pink in the shoe/bag and no not necessarily sticking to the floral.
I have this dress in my wardrobe, which fits perfectly, but not sure if it's too dark/plain for a summer wedding.

I went to a wedding recently and the MOTB wore a navy dress and she looked stunning so I wouldn't be afraid to wear it and would look really elegant.

I think your baby dress with those shoes and bag would look lovely. Navy is classic

@justaweeone sorry not ignoring you, just got back from a few nights away and Dad's birthday tomorrow, so just mad rushing around!
I've seen the long sleeve m and co one in store and it is lovely, I'm just not sure about the long sleeves. I may take a trip and try it on though. Thank you so much

The navy dress with the pink sandals is lovely. Very elegant, but the pink makes it summery and “lighter”. Hits the spot perfectly.
