dazzle dust?

Can anybody give me some advice on how to apply eye dazzle dust, bought some today but to be honest have no idea how to apply it.

try putting a small amount of vasaline on ur eye lids first, but when applying hold a tissue under ur eye otherwise itl go over ur cheeks (grin)
