Skirt for wedding, but what sort of top?

I like the colour and style of this skirt for a wedding I have to go to. What sort of top would you pair with it?

I suppose it depends how much you like your arms. Either a bandeau/bardot style top or a cami with a bit of sparkle. You could even wear a shirt tucked in.

I was sorted on a jumpsuit, but I've just had a thought, about how easy they are to get out of after a few drinks!

Something tucked in. Either neutral or something brave and clashing eg a red or orange!
