How to stop my feet slipping in Swedish Hasbeens.

I bought a lovely pair of healed ones second hand last year, but I haven't worn them yet. I tried them on last week, but took them off again, as my feet were just slipping around inside them. What's the best thing to use to stop this from happening? Those Scholl foot gel thingies? Help!

Closed toe? If so I wear low cut footsies ove my toes and double them up. So the heel end is also over the toe. IYSWIM?

No sandals so footsies won't work Sad

I had some wooden clog heels 15 years ago. They were beautiful. Wore them only once for this reason. Felt like an accident waiting to happen.

Do yours have an ankle strap?

I have some beautiful Swedish Hasbeens. They are a thing of beauty but you use them to actually walk round in at your peril. You need to do a risk assessment before you wear them!

Same problem, love them and have only worn them twice. My feet slide right down and give a muffin top effect where my foot is pushing. I've tried some gel pads but they weren't quite big enough I think.

They look like they might work!

I have a couple of pairs (and Lottas as well) what style are they?

ChurchlightJane · 28/07/2021 09:12

I have the Pia sandals and the Low sandals. Absolute nightmare shoes. They make the tops of my toes so sore if worn barefoot.

On a hot day my feet slide all over due to sweat.

I love how they look and with tights or socks they're great but worn with bare feet. No way.

Please someone tell me they've solved this.

Would a foot thong work? You can get them in fabric but also in Silicone, think I got a pair off eBay for my wedding shoes. Dancers wear them this www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0924MYJSY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_MERC0FM7NZ9CVFGSST50

I didn't know about these. I think they might just work floofycroissant. Ordering now. My husband just suggested glueing face flannel fabric inside tooConfused
