I've gone natural with my greys the past few years and now have shoulder-length dark brown hair that is about 20% grey, more so at the front. The condition isn't great, and I'm bored with the colour, but don't want to go back to dyeing, touching up roots etc, so am looking for a product to improve the condition and experiment with temporary colour a bit, that I can use at home (don't have the budget for salon prices).
I saw a recommendation for OVertone colouring conditioners for a temporary colour that washes out over a few weeks, and they have a few that work well on dark brown hair, apparently. There's a great video on their website where a woman with similar colour hair to me tries their colouring conditioner and it shows how the colour fades over a few weeks, so even if I didn't like it much, it would fade away...
Perfect, but with one snag – they don't seem to ship to the UK and I can't find anywhere UK-based that sells their products.
So, does anyone know where I can find OVertone colouring conditioners in the UK, or another brand that does colouring conditioners that last just a few weeks and will work on dark brown hair that is partially grey? Anyone else in the same boat with recommendations? Thanks!
