Mens pull on comfy loungy type pj bottoms

Does that describe what I'm after ? I can't seem to find a nice pair of these for my dh for Xmas. He has an old GAP pair but they are so thin now they wouldn't keep the draft from a budgies fart away.

The ones on Boden are OK, but look a bit wooly and warm. DH sometimes wears them in bed too so I don't want a very very warm pair necessarily.

Can anyone suggest a nice trendy medium weight pair ?

I bought dh some in BHS recently, as dh wanted exactly this without the tie top or the stripes or the old man in hospital look and without a top AND didn't want fun Boden look either. Isn't he demanding about his pyjamas fgs?

They are sold as separates in the nightwear bit. I don't know if they are trendy though. I bought grey ones. Not very presenty really.
