Cycling shorts

What are your thoughts on these? Not for gym wear but as a daytime look with a sweat shirt or oversized shirt? I'm early 40s with ok legs 🤣 or should I leave this look to the younger folk 😓😂

Definitely on trend and very practical too, go for it!

Thanks all x going to order some beige ones to wear with a large white linen shirt and some black ones for grey sweatshirt.

Not too old for it. But no one does it now.

It is a very 90s trend. I remember wearing bike shorts and a t shirt as clothes but I was at primary school. It was everywhere back then not now though.

90s fashion is back with a vengeance. My teens are constantly raiding my wardrobe for any relic I have left over from the 90s. OP my daughter bought some cycling shorts and wears them constantly with oversized t shirts and hoodies, and yes, I'll admit I'm tempted to get a pair and transport myself back to my youth 😁 (40s here with fairly nice legs.) So go for it!!

They are everywhere. My 13 year old dd has bought loads and wears them with cropped tops, at 48 I’m not that brave. I’ve just got a couple of black pairs and will be wearing them with oversized tees. I used to wear them all the time in my late teens and quite looking forward to wearing them again.

I like the look but as a 90s tween the difficulty is not looking like you've never left that decade if that makes sense.

Don't bother with the next one's I sent them back they were so thin.

If it's good enough for the Kardashians ... you go for it
