Hair repair treatment, I need something bloody good!

My hair does t really look like hair anymore! It’s been previously highlighted from dark to light blonde, I’ve since put a few box dyes on it to bring it to a light brown.

So far it’s good as in it’s not snapped off or anything near that it’s just that it doesn’t shine anymore it looks quite frizzy, even when I do blow dry it & straighten it - if I was to leave it to dry naturally & not straighten it, it would look hideous! It’s quite thick, not as thick as it used to be.

It could do with a trim to tidy up the ends and yes it looks dry. I currently use Pantene shampoo for coloured hair or the Pantene grow strong one.

What can I use as a treatment? Is there anything that will improve its condition and the look of it? I can’t really afford £££ so the cheaper the better!

Olaplex? They do treatments + shampoo and conditioner. I use 3 and 6 (one is for using before washing, the other is for after) and both make a difference (when I remember to use them!)

Yes to the Olaplex number 3 and number 6!

If that’s too much to stretch to, the L’Oréal Elvive 8 Second Wonder Water will help with the appearance - half price in Boots at the moment

Coconut oil is also cheap and you could try sleeping in it with a shower cap on top for a moisturising treatment.

Olaplex, try using No.0 and No.3 together followed by No.6

I use Olaplex 3 once a week and bumble & bumble hairdressers oil mask once a week, also use spray protector if you're blow drying but try to avoid heat
