Just that please.

I have quite big boobs (32F) am a size 10/12 but I'm short so a jiggly tummy so don't look very slim.

After something flattering but also that can withstand water slides and wave pools please.

Batoko! Double lined so keep everything tucked in and smoothed. Size down though. I'm a size 10 and buy XS.

I actually really rate M&S for their decent swimsuits, look for tummy control.

MiamiPants · 12/07/2021 10:57

Ah thanks. I'm near an M&S on the days I'm in the office. Not looked at their swimwear for years. Will have a browse one lunchtime.

Oh wow. Love those prints!!

Do they have a bra/shelf?

I agree with M&S
They’ve gone downhill in a lot of areas but their swimwear is still good

Gladioli23 · 12/07/2021 11:03

M and S - I wear a similar size and am a chubbier than you and their swimming costume will keep you in place even for things like aqua-aerobics.

You want the "tummy control" sort. I have a twist front one but they also do some zip front options which might be more secure.

PeacheyPeach · 12/07/2021 11:07

Hi can I ask what are the m&s one pieces like for bust support?

Cowbells · 12/07/2021 11:07

Depends what you want it for. For actual swimming in a chlorinated pool, I don't rate M&S at all. Their swimwear disintegrates if you actually use it. I rely on Speedo for lengths of the pool. Good fit, stay on your shoulders, no accidents with boobs etc. But if you want something to wear to lounge around, the Joe Brown ones look great. Don't normally love their clothes but the swim wear is gorgeous and very reasonable.

Shurl · 14/07/2021 09:15

No, Batoko have no shelf or additional boob lift/support. I find the squared off cut off the suit pretty flattering though. I'm a 30e and don’t have issues, and my nipples stay hidden as both layer of fabric is nice and thick.

They are designed as swimmers swimsuits rather than sunbathing ones, iyswim. Their Instagram is great for showing all sorts of body shapes wearing them if you want to see how they fit.

I have been desperately looking for a swimsuit this summer after going from an 8 to a 12 during the pandemic and feeling crap. I wanted something ‘shaping’ but not ruched as I think it can look a bit frumpy. I got this from H&M yesterday and I’m so pleased. I’ve ordered another 2 shaping swimsuits from them in diffferent styles to try.

Lands End do tummy control/ chlorine resist/tugless swimsuits

Expensive but lots in the sale at the moment.

rookiemere · 14/07/2021 11:32

Another vote for M&S. I have had some compliments on the swimsuit I bought recently and it feels very sturdy compared to some. I would advise though that it makes my boobs look huge ( they are but usually a bit droopy).

idontlikealdi · 14/07/2021 11:36

Sainsburys are surprisingly good

SoddingWeddings · 14/07/2021 11:38

I have two swimsuits from here: www.playfulpromises.com/collections/swimsuits?sort=created-ascending&page=2

One with cups, one without and both fit brilliantly.

PandemicPalava · 14/07/2021 11:38

Love the Bravissimo ones with full wire bra and stomach control
