Wedding guest dress - please help me celebrate being healthy!

I'm a size 12 and 5'7" with very pale skin and dark hair.

Haven't been to a social do since I've gone from a size 6 (history of eating disorders and have put on 3 stone since seeing most of the people who will be here - now a healthy, sustainable weight) and want to enjoy my lovely friend's wedding.

Happy with legs out, love a mini skirt / mini dress, happy with my newfound boobs - but very self conscious of my also newfound tummy! Likely to wear chunky heels as they are a sort of safety net for occasions, whatever my weight is.

Eating disorders distort our body image to a ridiculous degree where I know intellectually that I'm not big but I still feel quite uncomfortable in my new body (something I am working on) and am trying to think of the day as a chance to make some positive memories with it.

Any suggestions welcome for dresses that make the most of boobs, bum and legs but won't make me feel self conscious about my tummy.

Not a fan of 50s style looks at all as I know they might be a go-to for some and look great on others with my shape but just not my thing.

Not a formal wedding, think east london and full of creatives who I adore.

Any suggestions would be amazing! Budget is up to £100. Thank you in advance to anyone who has any ideas Smile

Congratulations on overcoming your eating disorder!
I’ll suggest this dress as a starter to get the conversation going:

I’m quite jealous of the wedding you are going to being East London creatives, you can really play around with outfits and not conform to “weddingy” dresses (I am not keen on weddingy dresses).

Would you wear something like this: www.hush-uk.com/floriza-ruffled-skirt-pale-blue/001463-3095.html (it’s out of stock but google the name for loads of similar styles) with a top, even a tailored white shirt open at the neck (bobs) with lots of layered necklaces.

Thank you SO much for replying @Procrastatron and yes I'm so excited that it's a wedding true to my friendship group's style so we don't all have to dress like proper grown ups for the day Grin

I love the pieces you shared, especially the skirt - but I do love shorter lengths as I like my legs and the fact they look toned rather than twig like now - trying to embrace that change.

You've made me think about something I hadn't considered - a two piece outfit could be really fun and also mean I'm more likely to wear a top and a bottom again. Going to have a look for some two piece ideas now!
