Office shoes - is service as bad as trustpilot reviews?

I’ve always been put off by Office’s awful reviews on Trustpilot. People are complaining about wrong items benne sent/orders not being sent at all, not being refunded for returns etc etc.

However I know that disgruntled customers are much more likely to complain than happy ones.

Can anyone share any experiences (positive/negative), please?

Have bought a few pairs from there no problems. The sales are good. Haven’t had reason to return or anything though so maybe that’s where the problems start?

Yes, that’s a good point.

From what I read on trustpilot though, some people don’t actually receive what they order. There are so many negative reviews that I’m really hesitant to place an order, but their sale prices are so good!

No problem here either and I did a return of a pair.

I have a pair of black Cuban heel boots they are starting to show their age, I stalked ebay for about six months to buy another pair.

I’ve bought from them many times, and also returned.

Never had any issues.

I buy from them quite a lot and have a terrible habit of over ordering online and then returning. Never had any issues.

I've bought from them a few times usually when they have sales on. No problems but I haven't returned items

IME, people posting on places like trust pilot are posting because they've had bad service. Very few people post when they had good Service

I ordered once. When my items didn’t arrive I chased them, they said they’d refund me but actually charged my card again instead somehow. It was sorted out eventually but it look a long time and there was no apology so I’ve never ordered again.
