Skinny jeans for small waist? Levi's?

Evening.

Would love some jeans advice.

I know skinny jeans are "over" but I love them.

But most pairs I buy/find are always baggy on my waist if they're not too tight looking on my thighs (I'm a 10/12)

I've always wanted a pair of Levi's but all the different style types confuse me! Are there any that are any good for small waist but wider hips/thighs?

I sound like a similar shape to you and always buy levis 721s. They fit lovely on my waist, although I am sometimes a 27 and sometimes a 28 depending on the denim.

Demi curve but I'm not sure if they still make them. If you look at the Levi's site there is probably a guide or one of those Chat things.

I'd go for a high waisted skinny like the 721
