I like this top but what would I wear with it?

Yes, but keep the bottoms slim, straightlegged trousers would be good.

looks like you might have to sellotape it to your boobs! but yes, it does look like a flattering and elegant shape - and I agree with ranting housewife - for an evening do I think it would need to be black slim cut trousers

I like the red one. tbh the trousers thing probably depends a lot on your shape and height. I'm a titch so I have to be careful - if you have more height maybe the flares would work. If yyou're not sure see if T and S give you any answers here

I think unless you are tall and willowy, kickflares are only going to work with something more streamlined. Otherwise you run the risk of looking like a child wearing your mums clothes.

T&S recommended the kickflare trousers with side zip to flatter my shape - and they really do (love them) - I can see maybe that the black tunic would not look good with them but thinking maybe the red top might look ok with a more flared trouser.

I am 5.5 size 12/14 - just got a bit of a tum which looks awful in trousers with a shorter top.

Do they kick flare from the knee? If they do then the red top may work but, I'm 5ft2 and I would be more inclined to do a shirt with a kick flare as opposed to a top.

these are my trousers or could I wear the red top with black leggings and knee high boots? (this may be very wrong but like I said .... clueless!)
