Similar dress but with thicker material to hide the lumps and bumps

Hi, I love the style of this jersey dress but even with spanx you can see lumps and bumps and I don't feel 100% comfortable in it. I want a similar style but in a thicker, more flattering material. Any ideas?

Lovely thick material

Could you take it to a seamstress and have it made in velvet? Velvet doesn't reflect the light and can be very flattering.

I’d go thinner, more figure skimming material personally

Wear a slip underneath?

No sensible dress suggestions but just wanted to say you look fab in your original dress.

I find Holy clothing material flattering and skims.

I've actually just got this mint velvet one, it's gorgeous but a bit baggy under the bust and sleeveless so not the most flattering for me...
