Anyone seen a dress like this but without the puffed sleeves?

Puffed sleeves are everywhere! No good for inverted triangle shapes.

Bought this which is lovely on the lower half, lovely good quality cotton but the sleeves! OMG my shoulders look so wide.

The sleeves are much puffier than in the photos. Anyone seen anything similar with a short sleeve?

Thanks @waltzingparrot I quite like the first one but it’s jersey rather than woven cotton. Might try it. The Stories one I linked to was perfect other than the sleeves. So annoying.

I’m thinking of maybe keeping it and seeing if the sleeves can somehow be adapted. The cotton feels so nice!

Strangely I am an inverted triangle who always avoided puff sleeves but now I wear them a lot as the exaggerated proportion look works really well on me.

Could you get the sleeves altered?

What about this one from Shein. Ive bought loads from them. Make sure u read reviews re sizing and believe them. So if they say go down a size then do it. Really happy with my purchases from them.

@GuidoTheKillerPimp Decided to return in the end. I spoke to a dressmaker who said it could be done but I wasn't sure 100% I would be happy with the result. Not worth the risk.
