Where can I get a good quality t shirt, preferably v neck?

Just that. The usual suspects are really limited this year. I know everything is dresses at the moment but I have some nice skirts needing new t shirts to go with them.

For cheaper alternatives, H&M, they always seem to have a good variety of necklines in a range of colours

I really like these ones from M&S. They are a nice fit and don't cling. Limited colours though ☹️

Agree with Boden, the new “voop” neck ones are really nice

I’ve bought some from here this year. They wash well and hold their colour and shape (better than Boden in my experience).

I've had some lovely quality cotton tee shirts from superdry.

Prana ‘essentials’ - the softest I’ve ever found and wear/wash incredibly well

M&S the slightly more expensive ones.
Joules- but they are very thick.

Unless Boden quality has improved massively, I wouldn't buy their t shirts again. They were very poor quality and the seams went wonky almost immediately. Same with Mint Velvet.
