what to ask the hairdresser for?

I have pretty much a long bob with a fringe (post lockdown) I have always had short hair before.
It would be nice if it looked a bit better down, it's dead straight, maybe some shaping around the front? but I really haven't a clue.

Find some pictures. Google images, Pinterest, Instagram, magazines, one of my clients brings me a drawing! Always better to refer to visual images rather than words.

I am struggling to find a pictures of people with their hair up and then down.

I am obviously totally rubbish I can't even ask you guys for help properly.
What I would like is a cut that looks just as good down as well as up.
