Nicola Thorpe's skin. Gorgeous! Just good genes?

Hi,

I wonder this every time I see her. I know she's still quite young anyway, but her skin is totally flawless and not in a "done" way, but tbf, if she has had any work done, sign me up to whatever she's doing!

Perhaps it's just fantastic genes, loads of water and little/no alcohol or sun 🤷‍♀️ I doubt it's some magic wonder serum or cream, but whatever it is, I have serious skin envy!

I suspect talking about her skin care isn't really up there on her agenda, which is fair enough......wish she would though Grin

Had to google her , she is 32! That's why she looks good. I just use a tinted moisturiser these days as it's more flattering with cream blusher .. have a look at Trinny London products!

Sorry, it's spelt Thorp isn't it 🙄

@huuuuunnnndderrricks, yes I suppose 32 is still very young, but tbh it's not so much that her skin looks young, just that it looks so good. If she was 25, I'd still think her skin looked amazing.

Shall have a look at the tinted moisturiser. I'm definitely feeling a little dull 😑 Do you have the magic blur by Trinity London? I've heard good (mostly) things about it. Which products do you have?

I did buy trinnys products but I prefer this , it's cheap and works just as well ! I think less is more as you get older .
I have BFF cream and the de stress tinted moisturiser, both good but expensive.

Thanks @huuuuunnnndderrricks. Does it give any coverage though? I have a bit of pigmentation now and redness.

I use that too, @huuuuunnnndderrricks and it's great. I find it much better to use a
BB cream with lightish coverage all over and then concealer for bits of pigmentation or redness, @MargaritasForever. It gives a much more natural look imo, especially on skin that's not quite youthful any more, like mine! Grin

Yes it does give some , it's like a very light foundation and you can build it . Some days I wear more for work and days off I just pop on a light layer and it looks like skin .

Never heard of her but just had a quick google.
In all of the photos I can see she appears to be wearing lots of very well applied makeup.
Dd 26 is an artist and usually wears make up. Last time I saw her she was complaining about how terrible her skin was and I said but your skins perfect. She then took off her makeup and I was a little shocked how bad it was.
What I’m trying to say is that some people have better application skills than others.
