Ally Capellino Maxine bag - does the metal opening annoy?

Hi am thinking of treating myself to a new bag as my mulberry Anthony is now 10 years old and completely battered. Been looking round for similar sized but different bag and cane across this. But wondered if people found the rigid opening annoying, either to use or because it bashes against you when you walk?

I have one of their frame bags (not this particular model) a smaller one, and the metal fastening works well, not annoying at all (makes a satisfying click when closing it). I did find the shape a bit too rigid, it sort of sticks out to the side when wearing if cross-body.

The leather is gorgeous though, and I get lots of compliments when wearing it!

Hmm thanks missmoon. The leather is shears gorgeous on AC bags, but I’m wondering if I’ll just get fed up with the ‘rigidity’ of the top. I remember I had a Cambridge satchel years ago that I had to sell because it was so hard bumping into my hip every step
