I want a dress this kind of style, but not in that colour. I like the fit, don't mind if it's long or short sleeved. Any colour except lurid ones or black as I have too much black. Size 8 maximum a tenner with postage. I've searched all through ebay and found nowt. I found summat I liked in Miss Selfridge but it was £35.

Ta.

Nice, but just not "me", sorry I am a nightmare to shop for.

That dress on Ebay that you linked to didn't sell; could you contact the buyer, buy said dress and then dye it the colour of your choice?

Would dye to a lovely shade of teal or something similar..........

Rhubarb · 17/11/2007 19:20

Well yes but I don't really like it, I was just searching for the right cut I was looking for.

And me and dye don't mix, I've had too many disasters.

Thanks though!

If it helps - I went dress Shopping this week and they are starting to reduce them. If you are a size 8 you should find loads - I'm a 20 and struggled but got one in the end - not quite that cheap though!

If you can face a trawl around New Look etc next week I bet you will find a bargain. A friend of mine works for a big Chain Store and their mark downs start then.

I did have a look today. There was a nice dress in Miss Selfridge but it was £35. I'm not a natural shopper however and get bored easily.

Me too! I came on here and got help with a short list. Then went and looked at the things on the list, better than trailing about not knowing what you want.

Try This?

It may be reduced soon? You would probably have to get it on line as none of the DPs near me have the Dresses in stock.

Rhubarb · 17/11/2007 19:50

Ah, now I'm on that site as I have a £7 voucher for them. I would wear this but look at the bloody price!

Blak but nice jewels on it.

LaRedoute have some lovely styles in petite sizes (I wish they fitted me ) Quite often there are money off codes for them too. I'm sure I was sent one the other day..wracking my brains where it went to.

TinyGang · 17/11/2007 19:54

'Black' not blak!

Rhubarb · 17/11/2007 19:55

I think I'm too fussy.
Will bid perhaps for the ebay one.

Rhubarb · 19/11/2007 20:41
