Minimiser bras - very impressed!

I think I am addicted to being able to now wear low cut tops without OTT cleavage and high necked tops without the matronly look. Anyone else marvelling at these magical bras?

To be honest I would probably be best with a 30 back size but only starts at 32
I've never found one I like in a 30C. I know they're not big, but they make me feel self conscious. I just want basic black or beige with no lace or flowers or anything 'girly'.
I bought one based on the OP's recommendation. It's bloody fabulous, gives a nice neat shape without splaying them East and West. I'm about to order a couple more. Thank you @Beachlovingirl Flowers

Amazon has more sizes than the Triumph website, weirdly. www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B002NLVQX4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?psc=1&tag=mumsnetforu03-21&ie=UTF8
If they don't push to the side, where do they get pushed? They must go somewhere 😂
The Gossard Glossies aren't technically minimisers but they totally hold my close set boobs apart giving that zero cleavage look. They're fairly low cut so you can do the unbutton shirt thing with them.

Are they stretchy? I can't understand the fabric from the pictures online. I keep looking at them but bailing and not buying.

@Blondiney I have ordered that bra before this one I posted about! I liked it but the back was too slack and the cups just weren’t right for me but I liked the look of it a lot. It’s one I may re-visit but make sure I order a few sizes to get the right fit.

@honeybuns007 I’ve thought the same thing and I don’t know but all I can tell you is it works for me.

@kowari I agree I prefer less girly bras. I actually really like sports bras but they make my close set boobs just even closer together. Bravissimo has one that claims to separate but I’ve heard this story before!

I’m intrigued. Im keen to keep my cleavage under control since l was warned about the perils of looking “matronly” whilst wedding dress shopping. I was a 34D then and lm now a 34DD

Do any of these help with the side boob (fat) I have some great fitting bras, that fit my cup size lovely but I hate the side/back fat so end up wearing baggy tops which make me look fat!

Was coming on to recommend the Goddard glossies to sizes outside of the triumph range. I love mine!

Branleuse · 27/05/2021 21:23

i love gossard glossies too. Really comfortable and they do minimise a bit
