Hi, i've had a forehead scar about 1/2 inch long for about 15 years. Its an indented line almost right in the middle of my forehead and never healed very well, from a minor accident.
I've been conscious of it right from the get go, and at the time had a thick fringe cut to hide it. I've also had numerous procedures over the years to try to minimise the scar, but nothing has helped. I even had revision. Everything i've tried has been a big fat waste of money.
I've recently grown out my fringe, as honestly, without suits me better. But I just feel so self conscious! I feel pathetic to feel like this in my thirties. Anyway...
Does anybody have the same problem? Has anyone found anything that has worked for their indented scar?
I'm thinking makeup, minor surgery, haircuts?
I'm so close to just recutting a fringe in, but am holding off as it doesn't really suit me. And don't get me started on the current middle parting trend, it just looks awful on me. Although I do have a middle parting when I have a fringe.
