Is there such a thing as a won't budge, non-sticky clear lipgloss that lasts through wine?

Looking for a gloss to wear over a maybelline matte ink - they're pretty amazing and last through food and drink but is there a clear lip gloss that does too to put on on top?

I doubt it? Also I find a gloss can break down the product underneath and make it clumpy but that might be just me.

No. It slides off whatever you do.

Damn, that's kind of sad. I've been using coconut oil and it looks awesome for a few minutes before it sinks in/comes off.
