i brought a bag from new look on the 10 october paid cash etc and noticed the weekend that some of the material is starting to rip. It quite a big bad but i havent really put anything too heavy in it just the usual women things. Iwould took it baxck the weekend but have been unable to go in town. The refund and exchange policy is 28 days but surely you expect a bad to last longer then this with use like i said i havent overloaded it. Does anyone know my rights?
