Recommend me anti ageing treatments that isn't botox or filler?

My face is starting to look saggy, baggy and wrinkly. I'm 48. I'm a bit scared about fillers and botox but I need 'freshening'. I am not up to speed on all this stuff really so would appreciate some guidance on what to do and where to go? I'm in Merseyside if anyone has any local recommendations.

A facelift? Wink

Botox is amazing. You can do it very subtly but it's very effective.

What about profhilo as another option?

You need tretinoin Smile

It's prescription only so can either get it from somewhere like Dermatica with a prescription, or you can get it from online pharmacies from Spain etc where it is over the counter.

There are loads of threads about it on Mumsnet if you search.

Foreo Bear. See the latest fantastic skincare thread on here, though there were other threads too if you do a search.

You didn't set a price limit Grin These can be bought in the UK from Cult Beauty, Space NK etc.

Profhilo. Some people say it doesn't hurt but I found it really bloody sore! Worth it though and I look refreshed and fresh faced

I've literally never heard of any of these things. That weird face mask thing looks space age. I've never done anything other than cleanse, exfoliate, moisturise, the odd facial with crystal clear.

How do I decide what I need when there are so many options?!

On the cheaper front, lots of people think facial exercises do work - comes up on threads on here, or on you tube

Botox feels like nothing and will do for you at 48 what no skincare - although very important- will for the same money. You won't end up looking ridiculous if you go somewhere reputable.

Rene Guinot Hydradermie Lift gives very good results and is non-invasive.
