Control pants!

Who can recommend some that are not too uncomfortable and will hold my tummy in!?

There's a thing in M+S that goes right from under your boobs to your thighs to hold everything in the right places. It costs £30 so need to know if it works first!

Since we're on the subject - anyone heard of those postnatal big pants that Gwyneth and the like wear that have been developed by a gynaecologist that are supposed to help your stomach go flat post baby??? Where are they from?

Hi, I have that thing from M&S that goes from your boobs, and to be honest I wouldn't reccommend it. It's fine if I'm wearing it under something fairly tight and with a bit of structure to hold it in place, but otherwise it rolls down to my waist almost immediately. It is very effective at holding in all the squishy bits though. I need to find something similar that incorporates a bra I think.

Can't help with the postnatal pants, sorry.

I found the same for the one under boobs to thighs.I got for under wedding dress and fab but cant wear under anything else really. Good luck.

Minko, the post-natal pants or corset thing you're talking about comes from Agent Provoctateur so probably pricey. I'd love to know too if it works. Bet it's very uncomfortable. It was designed by G Paltrow's yoga/birthing guru apparently.

I have just got these and they really hold you in.
They dont roll down because they have boning at the side which holds them up. I previously had ones which ended mid thigh but they gave me a very unattractive bulge where they ended (ugh!)so would go for non thigh shaping ones unless your thighs are rock hard!

Spanx do a good one. I got mine from John Lewis. I think they also rate the Trinny and Susanna ones, but Spanx were best for holding everyhting, rather than particular zones.
