then I have to wash it out! Is there something I can leave in that will create the same effect. My hair is curly by the way!

Mousse just makes it go crispy.

Leave in conditioner makes it look lank.

With the mousse you need to scrunch out the crunch.

Have you tried gel?

I use a serum with my curly hair. I use a John Frieda one - scrunch into wet hair - and then just leave to dry. I only use a tiny amount.

I do have short hair though.

You can use by itself, you don't have to use the Olaplex shampoo and conditioner. The bottle says it's a leave in reparative styling creme eliminates frizz, hydrates and protects. It works well on my super dry frizzy and curly hair.

Just thought I'd report back on the Olew curl cream. I've only used it twice so far but I really like it - it produces exactly the effect I was after! I used a bit too much the first time - a little goes a long way!
