What, if any, is your favourite aftershave for men?

I'm not sure if it makes a huge difference to me, but I think it might.

If I have to choose ... always ends up being Chanel.

Bleu.

Or Alllure Homme Sport Extreme.

Something quite intense.

They all seem to like Tom Ford and that Creed ... so expensive ... and I still prefer the Chanel.

I suppose the most important thing is that he likes it. I suppose ........ 😉

The only one that has ever stood out to me in a WOW way is Creed. It's not even my DH who wears it, it's one of his friends, who whenever we see him, I always end up sniffing in a slightly weird way... DH won't even entertain wearing it because his mate has claimed it...

They are all lovely. I cant swoon over Creed though as my brother wears it haha.

I know its everywhere but love that One Million its so distinctive!

Of the ones my DH wears, Eternity Summer is probably the one that makes me sniff him the most - and he usually gets it in the sales when it's about £20 a bottle.

My dh doesn't wear it, but an old boyfriend wore Dunhill? which I loved. Don't even know if it's around anymore, I'm completely out of touch with men's aftershave now.

I too absolutely loved Dunhill and had an old friend who wore it. My daughter asked for a bottle of Eau Sausage for her 18 the which is an aftershave and I l liked that too.

Am going to try some of those suggestions out!! Although don't know if we're allowed to spray on a nice assistant in Boots and small his neck, yet, are we?! 😀

I really love Hermes Terre D'Hermes- it's the last word in vetiver. Also le Jardin Retrouve Bois Tabac Virginia, which I wear myself ( and it doesn't smell like tobacco in the way you might dread!), also Obsession for men and Burberry Weekend for Men which is a wonderful nuzzly musk.

Sauvage is nice too, but it won't ever eclipse Opus.

It's a bit old school now but I still cannot resist Fahrenheit by Dior. Nothing like it that's even come close for me.

There’s a small bottle my DP had in a gift box alongside two other scents. He finished it years ago and I loved it so much I kept the bottle (even though I’ve never rebought it for him as my mum buys him two aftershaves a year and he is overrun). Anyhow I’m now going to go find it just for you 🤭

And doesnt it make a difference when you actually smell it on a man? Compared to just spraying it on yourself (which occasionally i do with some of the nice ones when passing through John Lewis etc). Must mix with their pheromones or something.. oo er haha!

I like Dior Sauvage but l refuse to buy it because of Jonny Depp. Don't care that he hasn't been convicted, he disturbs me. And he looks like he needs a good shower.

I think that's a fabulous idea for a job role for after lockdown. Chief aftershave assessor!!! Hahahahaha think pregnancy hormones got me a little loopy!

Issey Miyake is lovely too, nice and fresh!
