What's the fabric actually made of? More like cotton or nylon? Is it actually resistant to water penetration? How is it better than a Barbour?

MrsBadger · 06/11/2007 18:34

that is quite cool
but damned pricey

I might rather have a funky bright wool swing coat from Primark or dp thus - or for that price three funky wool swing coats

but looking at it it may also be the useful hooded pram-pushing mac she will need after the birth...

its quite pricey i suppose but as it has so many uses its prob worth it , it says 100% nylon so prob very good for water and wind my sil likes quality so primark is out!!
There are loadsa cool tops ect on that site too wish i had seen it when i was bfeeding

I would have loved something like this when I was pregnant.
I used a cheapy nylon pac-a-jacket from millets and bought a huge one that would allow for baby sling. It was useless at stopping the rain and ds regularly got soaked..
Saying that it is very ££ so only really worth it if she's having another baby, and if it definately waterproof.
