Firstly, I've heard IPL is less effective - does that apply if you're lucky (!) enough to have the pale skin / dark hair combo which is supposed to be the ideal?
Secondly, if you've had it done, how much did you pay? I'm in London so there's a bewildering array of options and I neither want to go cheap and throw money away, nor get wildly ripped off!
Thirdly, if you happen to be in London and have a salon / practitioner you'd recommend, I'd love to hear it.
