I have no idea what the colour is this year. Normally even I have read about it.

Haha yes indeed. We had pannetone bread and butter pudding yesterday (tear up leftover Christmas pannetone and freeze it, takes an hour or so to defrost, then make as usual) mmmmmm

We shall be bemoaning the lack of other palettes come the summer. hth.

No I really don’t get it - what are we supposed to do with it? (Graphic designer - so I only really care of you can get a decent a tint out of 4 colour print process with it).
