Long sleeved tops to wear under other tops, with a low neck?

Do these exist? I have got some nice smocky type things with a low / square neck but they are too cold to wear without a layer underneath. Ordinary l/s top underneath with a high neck does not look quite right.

ah, just seen tatties post, although the ones i have are not gathered around the neckline.
