Recommend a really nice body moisturizer please.

Can anyone recommend a lovely body moisturizer? Have been using It Works body cocoon, and I love it. Leaves my skin feeling so soft but my other half hates the smell. Just want something that leaves my skin really soft. Thanks!

I've heard good things about the child's farm moisturiser before so definitely adding it to my list. That and the 85p Aldi one. Great thread!

Waitrose SenSpa body butter (mild smell) or body balm (slightly odd smell but I do like it). Super strong and moisturing. I use the butter as hand cream too as easily absorbed but thick and effective. Often on offer too.

I recently purchased a Crabtree and Evelyn velvet body melt (?) as a gift and the recipient loves it

I use the child's farm moisturizer during the day, it is really good. Just fancy a big of a splurge on a really nice one of you know what I mean? Thanks again for all the suggestions.

I also love Brazilian Bum Bum cream.

I used to love Body Shop body yoghurts but don’t buy them now on principle

@Lougirl Clarin's moisture-rich body lotion is definitely my splurge.

Child's Farm grapefruit moisturiser- smells absolutely gorgeous, really fresh and citrussy, lovely texture. Can get in Boots etc and about £4/bottle

Beauty Pie, Super healthy skin body cream. The vitamin c body serum is good too.

Clarins moisture rich body lotion is lovely. I’m also on the hunt for a new one too!

Oh I'm glad I came across this thread. I've been using an avocado one from Superdrug and it really smells like avocado...my six year old said I smelt like salad the other day. I don't think it was a compliment.

Off to look up Brazilian Bum Bum cream!

Aveeno is great. Leaves your skin really soft, doesn't smell and is only around £6 a bottle.

(they do an "intensive" one too but I haven't personally tried them)

Oh and completely forgot that I bought a the Aldi honeysuckle and rose body butter the other day after reading the reviews and really like it:

I started using Cera Ve after seeing it recommended by a dermatologist on the menopause doctor website: the lotion for day to day, and the cream regularly at night for extra moisturising.

I ordered the Brazilian bum bum cream. It is £18 and comes on a very small pot. Don’t bother. Aveeno is far better and far cheaper.

Oh no! That's so disappointing! I really wanted Brazilian Bum Bum cream to smell amazing and work fantastically . Thanks for reporting back though. I won't bother.

Just thought I would give an update. I got the Brazilian nude cream. It's great. No strong smell and leaves skin ridiculously soft. It is expensive though. I also bought the neutrogena hydro boost moisturizer. It's really good! Would definitely recommend them both. Thanks to everyone who made recommendations.
