I would like recommendations please for a shampoo & conditioner for my hair which is dry and damaged. I’ve had split ends for at least 20 years even though I get it cut regularly.
My hair is also very fine so most conditioners for this hair type are too rich and weigh it down so it looks and feels awful.
We have hard water too which doesn’t help either but getting a filter put in at the moment isn’t an option.
