Fig fragrance

I LOVED Sicilian Fig by the Body Shop, it was so damn figgy! But they discontinued it. There's a million miles price wise between that and Dyptique Figuier ( and i'm poor ) so i'm hoping someone can help me out by recommending a mid price range Fig fragrance, preferably EDP? Thanks in advance

Shikamiri - I'm a fig fan and love quite a few, including L'Artisan Parfumeur Premier Figuier (original), Hermés Un Jardin en Mèditerranée, and Diptyque Philosykos. I wanted to add one "cheapie" to your list: H&M Formentera. It's a bit on the dry and green side, but great quality for the price and comes in both a 10 ml and a 40 ml spray - the smaller size may be worth a try unsniffed, if you want something to tide you over while you search for the perfect fig.

The Roger and Gallet is very good but you want the feuille de figueir not the fleur. The fleur one is OK but imo doesn't smell of fig.

The feuille is amazing, better than the bodyshop one and better staying power.

Phylosikos (sp)? Has gone off imo. I wore it for years and loved it, then when they switched from the square to the oval bottle the smell really weakened. Took a break and switched to Eau rose for a few years (still wear this in spring) Then smelled Phylosikos again and still disliked it compared to previous version. Converted to JM Fig and Casis, when it was reinstated.

Another vote for Roger and Gallet Fleur de Figuier . It’s lovely. Also Korres fig shower gel. The scent lasts for ages.

For moisturiser etc, there’s a lovely brand that is sold in Waitrose. I can’t remember the name - it’s Greek sounding.
