Bourjois: Now it is gone from the UK, what have you switched to?

I’ve used Bourjois foundations and face powders for years. I like the light coverage of their Healthy Balance range, but it has now disappeared as a brand. I stocked up when I saw it going but am now coming to the end of my stash. What other brands offer good alternatives?

I quite like the bourjois cc cream, I bought it last week on Amazon for about £6. I know they had the healthy mix foundation then too but not sure about the powder.

Have you tried eBay? I recently bought some Bourjois concealer on there, it's the only one I really like so I stocked up.

Healthy Mix on Amazon , that’s where I’m getting mine still.

I'm still using my favourite Bourjois eyeliner, the one with 3 'prongs' like a fork. The name escapes me just now! I found a few of them on eBay and there was quite a bit of other Bourjois items, too.

Does anyone have a good recommendation for a replacement for the pinceau liner in brown? I can’t find it on Amazon/ebay and the consistency/colour/brush was just perfect!

Yeah I love their under eye concealer. I’ve tried far more expensive brands but this one doesn’t sink in to fine lines.
I stocked up just before they went bust. About to run out so will look on eBay!

Can I say "A pox on those mumsnetters who are buying the Clubbing pencil eyeliner in black (Bourjois) on Amazon". I cannot get it at the moment, I have had to get the 'Christmas edition (glittery black) instead. Shame on you!

I loved Bourjois! Their Cc cream was the best out there. I loved their blush and bronzer too. I’ve been experimenting with some other brands since. It’s so hot and miss.

Foundation: Nars - more expensive but lasts ages. They do a brilliant tinted moisturiser that is similar to the bourjois cc cream.

Blusher: Benefit Dandelion or Barry M (a total bargain and actually brilliant)

Mascara: Cannot find a decent mascara!! I have a Mac one that’s quite good but expensive!

Eyeshadow: Morphe (inexpensive and good colour range) Huda (amazing -best I’ve found but super pricey)

I managed to grab a couple of Healthy Balance foundations off t’interweb so I’m good for another 12 months. A fetching plum Bourjois lipstick fell in my basket too.

Get it online from Bourjois.fr - the sales are still on. It might take a while to deliver but at least you will get it.

They are selling so much of Bourjois in poundland. Some packets even have 2 items for a pound

Just wanted to commiserate - Bourjous was my absolute go to for bases, especially in summer as a tiny bit of St Tropez gradual fake tan underneath as they have good yellow bases and give a lovely golden glow.

I switched to maybelline for primer and Loreal for some other stuff. Supermarket availability largely driving that, and that being when I have time to buy this stuff.

Have found it in tkmaxx Poundland and a couple of independent Chemists.
Lived their eyeshadows and blush pots .
Worth a try once we can shop again
