Yes, or better, get Hermes to collect it from your house.

I did an &OS order based on the beginnings of this thread and it's all going back

Three dresses in their biggest size (im a 14). Two were good quality, one was awful material.

But all three seemed to have their neck holes in the wrong place! Super weird but it didn't line up with the shoulder seems. Bizarre so now need to sort out returns. Sigh.
